Oscar

Hi Josie,

After having my best friend of 21 years, I had to have my old lurcher Parker put to sleep on 22nd December 2008......and I was absolutely bloody heartbroken. Needless to say it wasn't much of a Christmas, but after looking on the internet I came across your site, and best of all found Jeff.

To my great joy he had two boys left and we arranged to meet on what was possibly Decembers coldest day. After a good few hours of talking dogs I chose my boy and was driven home with a grin broader than a Japanese tourist!

I have named him Oscar and he is an amazing dog. He very quickly became house trained, very quickly learnt to sit and wait before food and very quickly learnt his name. He is full of fun, everything amazes him especially birds and he gets on really well with other dogs. He can be called back with a single whistle from a great distance, even off
a quarry.

I absolutely adore him.....he's a bit clumsy and has massive paws but he's only nine months old and still a pup. Oh,and he loves to bury things with his nose....which looks really funny.

Anyway, amongst having so much fun and enjoyment with him I felt I should send you some pictures to show you how well he has come on. I have been meaning to do this for some time but  have had to buy a digital camera first! Many thanks to Jeff for such a great dog.

Mark.
